We decided to smoked our caramel with oak wood chips. It carries that smokiness and sweetness that makes your usual caramel feels more adult.

We have the cold brew, hot and iced coffee version of it. The difference?

Cold brew Smoked Caramel- Smooth, Intense, less acidic(bitterness).

Iced Smoked Caramel - Intense, acidic(bitterness) (hot extracted espresso)

Hot Smoked Caramel - Intense, acidic but feels like a warm snuggle.
