FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) How long can I keep the coffee pouches?
Best consumed within 5 days for optimum taste of the coffee. Coffee is only brewed when payments are received, to ensure fresh brews each time.
Consume within the day once opened. Keep it refrigerated.
We have received feedbacks from customers who would freeze their coffee pouches stash and kept it for a month without the taste being compromised. However, this was done at their own discretion.
2) Can the pouches be recycled?
Yes. We are in the opinion to up-cycle. It would serve better with the spent carbon footprint to manufacture the pouches. (Carbon footprint for pouches are lesser than plastic bottles)
Suggestion 1: Rinse with water after consuming the contents. Fill it up with water, freeze it and use it as 'Freezer packs' for your cold groceries.
Suggestion 2: You can also use it as an ice pack for relief from sports related recovery.
3) How long can your desserts last?
'CONSUME BY' dates are reflected on the packaging for desserts. Different desserts have different timeline due to the different components in the baked goods.
4) Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we do. However, for orders above the quantity of 50, 1 week lead time is necessary. Contact us at keopimadre@gmail.com

5) Can I have it as a hot beverage?
Pour the contents into a microwaveable cup, heat it up 20seconds, you would be able to enjoy a warm cup. Personally we do not recommend as it may alter the coffee taste as it was already cold extracted.
But we do have customers who feedback that the coffee taste is as strong as when it is cold. This was done at their own discretion.
6) How long will my order take to deliver?
We will contact you with a precise date once order & payments are in. Estimated delivery dates are between 1-3 days from the time we receive the order. Any orders after 5pm, is an additional day. Alternatively, you can also advise us on the dates you wish to receive your coffee stash!
7) Are your Nitro Brew served in pouches?
No. Our Nitro Brew is served in cups and best to be consumed immediately to get the best of out the nitrogen-infused coffee. As such it is only available for pick-ups.
8) Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment.
We are a registered home-based business. We are certified with the necessary to ensure food safety and hygiene is observed during food preparations.
We do participate in events with live station that are licensed. Watch our space to know the dates and location!
For pre-packed food events, we would prepare the orders in a SFA licensed kitchen facility.
